  Long lineups. 5 employees working drive through, 2 on cash for walkins. Tables often dirty and stay dirty for hours. High pressure water in bathroom sink sprays you and the floor! Needs aerator or reduced flow. Coffee was great!

  I was just coming back from a trip in the Kawartha's and stopped off for a coffee and instead of going through the drive thru I went in only to have to wait for 25 mins.to be served because they only had one cashier on who also had to fill customer orders as well as take them,all the while the drive thru window had one cashier and THREE people filling their orders. When did any one customer become more important than another. With all the money this franchise rakes in on a daily basis I think they should be able to afford more help especially on a Sunday night on a busy cottage traveling route. Where's the customer service!!!!
